In 2017, he defended his PhD thesis on the liability of parties for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under a shareholders’ agreement. Since 2020, Dr. Inozemtsev has been a member of the Association of Science Editors and Publishers (ASEP). Since 2021, Dr. Inozemtsev has been a member of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE). Since 2021, Dr. Inozemtsev has served as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). |
