Dr. Arkhipov successfully combines academic work with legal practice and serves as Counsel at the St. Petersburg office of Denuo. He has extensive experience advising Russian and international clients, including major gaming and IT companies, and representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings related to intellectual property law, personal data protection, and legal issues arising from internet-based relations.
He is the Academic Director of the Master’s program Information Law and Data Protection at Saint Petersburg State University.
Since 2023, he has served as Director of the Center for Research on Information Security and Digital Transformation at Saint Petersburg State University.
