IP&IT LAW – 2026 Begins: Partner Announcement

The 11th All-Russian Youth Competition of Research Papers in the fields of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law — IP&IT LAW – 2026 — has officially been launched on October 16, 2025, with support from the Digital Law Journal.

The Competition invites young researchers to prepare original analytical works on issues of intellectual property, information technology law, and digital rights (IP / IT / Digital Law).

It is organised by IP CLUB in cooperation with the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ, and is held annually under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) with the support of the Intellectual Property Rights Court and Rospatent.

Who can participate

Russian and international authors aged 35 and under are eligible to apply. Participants must have completed or be currently pursuing higher legal education (Bachelor’s, Specialist, Master’s, postgraduate studies), or hold the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences.

 Awards

Competition winners will receive valuable prizes from organisers and partners, including:

  • cash awards starting from 50,000 RUB
  • scholarship-based participation in educational programmes
  • paid internships
  • additional partner benefits

This year, the best works will also be considered for publication in the Digital Law Journal and the Journal of the Intellectual Property Rights Court.
