The 11th All-Russian Youth Competition of Research Papers in the fields of Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law — IP&IT LAW – 2026 — has officially been launched on October 16, 2025, with support from the Digital Law Journal. The Competition invites young researchers to prepare original analytical works on issues of intellectual property, information technology law, and digital rights (IP / IT / Digital Law). Who can participate Russian and international authors aged 35 and under are eligible to apply. Participants must have completed or be currently pursuing higher legal education (Bachelor’s, Specialist, Master’s, postgraduate studies), or hold the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. This year, the best works will also be considered for publication in the Digital Law Journal and the Journal of the Intellectual Property Rights Court.
